Historique :	Ces deux anges et la croix centrale constituait les restes d'une décoration conçue par le sculpteur bourguignon Antoine Le Moiturier (tombeau des ducs au Palais ducal) pour le choeur de l'église Saint-Pierre vers 1465. La rénovation du choeur au 17e siècle, avec l'installation d'un ensemble de boiseries dorées encadrant des toiles peintes, a masqué les restes des sculptures de Le Moiturier. Celles-ci ont été démontées et descendues en mars 1973.
