Historique :	Le premier buffet a été réalisé par Jean de Sels et Jacques Perrin, de Cavaillon, d'après des dessins du Sieur de Valfrenière. Un deuxième buffet (faux buffet) est commandé en 1643 aux menuisiers sculpteurs A. Grimauld et Charles Condré, de Carpentras, placé face au précédent, coté Evangile.
