Historique :	L'orgue de la cathédrale d'Avignon constitue un témoin précieux de la facture italienne de Giovanni Mentasti, collaborateur du facteur milanais Piantanida. Il remplace un double orgue (Evangile et Epître) très endommagé au sortir de la Révolution.
