Description :	Le reliquaire se compose d'un bras reliquaire, d'une monstrance et du reliquaire luimême. Le bras reliquaire comporte un socle hexagonal surmonté du reliquaire allongé, lui-même surmonté d'une main droite bénissant. La monstrance se présente sous la forme d'une base circulaire surmontée d'un cartouche allongé dans lequel prend place le reliquaire. Le reliquaire est composé d'une navette ornée d'une façade en cuivre émaillé, et dans laquelle est fixée la relique, retenue au moyen de fil rouge et surmontée d'une bandelette de papier portant la mention "Sancut Eutropius episcopius".

Historique :	Le chanoine Bréhier précise que "Monsieur le chanoine de Courtois, qui en fut le promoteur, le fit orner de blasons et de différentes scènes évoquant le riche passé du christianisme dans la cité. L'agneau pascal qui orne ce reliquaire est un souvenir de Mgr Du Tillet" Cité dans l'inventaire de 1906, "Cette chasse est d'une assez grande valeur. Elle est revendiquée par M. Henry Falque, membre du conseil de la fabrique, au nom de la famille de Mr de Courtois, ancien curé d'Orange".
