Historique :	La statue de la Vierge est un cadeau personnel que fit Mgr Reyne au Chanoine Bréhier, pour son ordination, en 1980. Ce dernier a voulu la donner à la cathédrale en action de grâce pour son ordination. Il y a derrière la statue une petite plaque gravée qui indique ce don, qui eut lieu dans les années 1980. Mgr Reyne avait acquis la statue sur le marché des antiquaires.
